Redness - losing feathers

Our chicken are losing feathers in random spots, butt, neck and underneath wings. We applied a fungicide antiseptic purple spray the vet recommended but it’s bot helping. What do they have and how to stop it. There are no roosters and they don’t oeck at each other?

Fungicide purple antiseptic spray may not do anything to treat lice or mites, both of which can cause red skin and feather loss.
