Redness on the belly, down the inner legs, and around Rectum .

My Rooster is all kinds of RED skinned on his belly, rectum, and inner legs. Could this be a possible allergic reaction to Corid? Before fair I normally treat all my chickens for 5 days. He's the only one with this issue. Please be kind.
