Reducing draft in a mobile home- incubator can't make it to 100.0

We live in a mobile home and while we keep the temperature relatively constant, there is almost no way to ensure that the incubators won't catch "drafts".
One of the incubators is digitally programmed and SAYS the temp is 100.6, but the Mercury I checked it against says it's more like 94-96. This explains our last terrible hatch!
Has anyone had this issue, and come up with some solutions?

I would suggest calibrating your thermometers before jumping to conclusions - they could both be wrong.

Brinsea makes an excellent,accurate thermometer called a Spot Check, well worth the price.
