Redwood Incubators - Information, help, for sale and wanted

Pics
I ordered mine from gqf, it was only $7. No shipping, but it came snail mail & took 10 days. My interior light comes on as soon as I plug in the unit. I can't turn it off unless I loosen it up.
OK so IF the light comes on even with both switches off. Then it seems that someone has worked on the wiring. IF you are comfortable with doing it I will try to draw a diagram of how it should be wired.

I just wanted to say thanks to all those who have posted here. There has been a few comments like a leak at the top fixed with a little weather stripping and pictures and videos of turners that where extremely helpful.
Lately there has been a lot of discussion of the indicator light. I went to Radio Shack and purchased one that is LED and rated to 125v. I had to solder it in and trim the back plate of the electrical box with washers, but no more worries about where to find a bulb. I replaced the latch with a self drawing window sash lock from Lowes.
Holding temp nicely I replaced the heating element with a 250w from GQF cabinet model, and a new wafer, the micro switch was still working.
It is really getting there, I still have to replace the top trim because the old was just too battered, and make some turners. I think the spar urethane makes the wood grain jump and should be good for years to come.
If I put a light in the interior I would use a florescent because it uses less energy and does not raise the heat.

Quote: I tried it with the light bulb unscrewed and it still maintained heat, so I'll just leave it that way. I don't want to mess with what is workinng.
Although the thermometer close to the door reads 102, the one with the probe in the middle of the incubator reads 99.8, so I'm going with that setting. I tested all 3 thermometers, and they read the same when in the same area next to each other, so I'm confident that this will work, as long as something doesn't happen unexpectedly, like power going off....
Outside temps are in the 30's, inside barn is about 35. I think I'm gonna love this thing! As long as I remember to go out 3 times a day to turn eggs, but I usually do anyhow looking for eggs & feeding so shouldn't be a problem...

Well Since I struggle with memory issues. I have 3 alarm times set in my cell phone. These are to remind me to turn eggs. And just for fun the alarm tone is "The Chicken Dance" lol

I will need that alarm for my phone..I forgot this am to turn the eggs...and I was in there looking at it...duh...should I be concerned that when I pull out the turning lever, not all the eggs really turn over, some just move around without turning..or should I make sure they all turn at least a half turn & turn those myself?.

Here's one for $1000.
