Find the coolest area of your home; plug in the egg turner from your incubator; put your eggs in it as you collect them. When you have enough eggs, carry them in the turner to wherever your incubator is, and plug it in there, ready to go to work.

Im a guilty party who refrigerates eggs! Not all just the ones that I plan to incubate or put under a broody-I will allow them to sit out for 12 hours or so before starting with them. Ive had great luck. I only have or at least had a few hens of a certain breed so I collected for a week and then incubated with greta fertility luck I put them in a carton in a ziploc bag to keep air/moisture in-in a veggie drawer--There is no place cool around my house in Summer-its great in Fall though
