Refrigeration For Organic Honey

Last night I forgot to put a jar of organic honey back in the fridge. Is it still ok to use? I seem to remember my mother keeping her honey in the pantry.

I always keep my honey in the pantry with no problems.

I do not refrigerate honey, organic or otherwise. Sugar content way too high for most bacteria and fungi that will cause health problems. Keeping too cool will make it crystalize which I do not like its affects on spreadility and texture.
