Regulars and bantams?

I have five bantams(1 rooster and 4 hens) and was wanting a Dominique hen for eggs we could eat. Would she cause a disterbance in the bantams life? Would my rooster attack her? Would she attack or torment the others?

If someone could please answer it would help me start looking for a new hen or no look for one at all.

You will have some problems introducing a new hen to an existing flock, regardless of her size/breed. They will need to reestablish their pecking order and the hens in your existing flock will most likely be aggressive towards her at first. The rooster will probably just be happy to have another wife

If possible, get 2 hens to introduce and keep them separate, but within sight of your existing flock for a while before letting them mingle. This will make the integration a bit smoother and you won't have a single newbie having to defend herself and be accepted. She will have a friend at least.
