We adopted two RIR chicks from a classroom hatching project. Unfortunately, one of the two appears to be a Roo. Sadly, our city does not allow Roosters, so we are looking for a home for this curious and friendly RIR Roo. We live in Santa Ana, CA, and would be grateful to find a small farm or another BackYard Chicken family to adopt our sweet “Nugget”. Please let me know if you are interested. We want Nugget to go to someone who will love and care for him.
