Rehoming chicks - how do you do it?

I am wanting to hatch chicks this spring, but am concerned about having too many males. I am not sure which breed I am going with yet. How would one rehome the males?

Anyways, if you're not willing to cull them ( and I perfectly understand, I haven't been able to kill any of my chickens yet) you could:
Ask one of your local stores if you could hang a flier advertising any roos you have.
Every Saturday my feed store has this thing where you bring you pets up to the store to sell them to other people. At the end of the day I hardly see anyone returning home w/ unsold animals and we live in a pretty small town. See if a place around you does something similar.
You can also post an ad on facebook.
Just general asking around should do the trick.
