Reinforcement ideas

Seriously though. I have a ton of raccoons and frequently see coyotes walk by my coup and run at night. I've had chickens for 4 years and they pay zero attention to them. Seems kinda weird to me.
I also see many predators around here and they have not bothered my chickens in 6 years now. I think my neighbors with free range chickens are feeding all the predators for me. I ran electric fencing around my chicken pen this year anyway, just in case. Just one very hungry predator can end it all.

Right after I posted this I looked outside to find all my chickens and ducks distressed while looking at something in the yard. Turns out there was a Red Fox hunting for rodents. Sure glad I put that electric up.

Your run looks similar to the one I just put up. The included "hardware cloth" is trash. My plan was to add extra reinforcement anyway but still installed the crappy fencing just for an extra layer.
I then put a layer of thicker gauge poultry fencing around it, then folded 19g HWC that extends halfway up the side and out around the perimeter (bent so the wall and "skirt" are one continuous piece).

I put the chickens in the run while working on it and had the benefit watching my dog trying her darndest to get in (she doesn't hurt them, just always wants to play with them). She was quickly able to find all the weak spots, usually at the bottom where the fencing meets the rail, and especially the bottom corners where the fencing ends (like at the door). The supplied netting did nothing to stop her squeezing through. The thicker poultry fencing helped, but it needs to be attached to the frame with metal ties every few inches at least. She tried to grab that fencing with her teeth, but I stopped her before she could pull on it too hard. She tried to scratch and bite at the 19g HWC but quickly gave up.
