I have a hen that has been sitting on eggs in a brooder. That ended badly and the remaining eggs are now in an incubator. Towards the end, the hen developed digestive problems, which now seem to have cleared up.

I've got her in half the coop, which I usually use for storage. Its separated from the other birds (2 hens, one roo) by chicken wire, so they can see each other, and I let her free range during the day and keep the others in the run, where again they can see each other.

Once I'm confident she isn't ill, I'd like to put her back with the others but I'm afraid they'll fight and hurt each other. Any tips?

Thanks!

Put her back in with them in the dark (at bedtime). In the morning, make sure you are out there early to check on them. Sometimes it goes really easy and other times it don't. There will be some pecking, as they need to reestablish the pecking order, but I wouldn't allow anyone to draw blood.
