I have 3 peking ducks. 2 female and 1 male. He is about 6 weeks old and the girls are about 10 weeks old. They were all raised from chick I ordered online. We have them in a pen now with a small pool, wondering when I can release them into our 2 acre pond.

Once their adult feathers are all in. Maybe 14 weeks? And what do you mean "release"? Just allow access to it? And are you sure there are no snapping turtles in there? Will they be penned up at night?

Allowed access, they will still have their duckhouse!! we've seen lots of painted turtles but no snappers

I'd wait until you are sure those ducks will come when called or come for treats. Once they come with treats, let them into the pond, then call them back after a short bit with treats. Each time they are called off the pond, treat them.
