Back from Trade Days. I got a beautiful golden laced wynadotte hen that should be already laying & a speckled sussex hen that will be laying very soon. GLW was only $9.50 & Sussex was $10. Not bad for hens laying or at point of lay.

There are tons of birds most the bantams & seramas. I was surprised at the number of pheasants & pea fowl.

I was hoping to find a couple of marans, but didn't see any.

I saw quite a few people that I wondered if they were BYC - you know the kind that look remotely computer savvy. I was the lady all by myself - 30s, carrying a smaller plastic dog crate. If you were standing around when new sellers arrived, I was probably standing next to you.

Not alot of other types of animals.

Saw a lot of game birds and assorted bantams

Really like the Favorelles and the Sussex but not what I was looking for.

Saw a really cute Partridge Silkie hen for $10 but she was already sold. LOts of Tophats banty and standards and ducks galore!
