Removed bully, now I have eggs!

I removed a bully bird Russian Tumbler and his previous 'mate' (they never produced) is now paired with the bachelor after a week, now there are eggs, not only that but the entire cage is less stressed and healthier for his removal.

Two questions,\\;

Do you think he would be dumb enough to pick on a chicken?

If they can hear him will it stress out the flock? (right now he is so far away they cant smell him).

Unless he's a really good bird, get rid of him. No sense in disturbing the rest of the of your breeding program.
