I have 7 dry chicks running around while others are hatching does it interrupt the others or should I take them out as they dry

Most say no but I take them out as soon as they get out of the egg and put them under the heat lamp. It's been working for me

That's always a judgment call. They can be safely left in the incubator for at least 24 hours. But if they are running around flipping the unhatched eggs I sometimes try to get the first ones out if they are dry. On the other hand if opening the incubator will cause the humidity to plummet and the pipped eggs to shrink wrap I may try to wait.
I try to take into consideration the state of the remaining eggs before acting.

Thanks I couldn't take I removed them just couldn't watch them play soccer with them any longer I put warm wet paper towels in there and the humidity jumped up to 74% right away
