Removing some eggs from incubator to put under hen. Yes or No?

In the end I only left 1 egg under then hen and it hatched. About half those in the incubator hatched so not a great sample size. I had trouble with my hen accepting chicks, but she did in the end. How did you go?

I did it and she hatched them all

Im so glad that your hanging in there and now helping others. Great thread to be reminded of. For you fall is coming for me spring. I have some great breed quality shipped eggs I will be working with that arrived today and will tomorrow. Will think of you keep up the good work.

My last hatch was a baby goose there was only 1 fertile egg in a batch of 15 freezing temperatures kept my Gander from doing his job. Her name is Uno I had some runner ducks come from the hatchery the same day she hatched. Some thing are just meant to be here is a video. hope your doing well

Oh so cute! I've always wanted runner ducks. They're on the list for one day once we get a dam.
