Yesterday my neighbor and I were looking at her overgrown garden area, thinking of how to get it weeded.

I offered my geese and this morning we walked them over and closed them in the garden.

Here they are hard at work.

They are working when I am not out there. When I go check on them, they seem to think I am hiding Cheerios behind my back. It might take a few days to make a dent, but there are a lot of dandelions with leaves missing.

Is it true that geese will weed your gardens and leave the crop plants alone ?
