Renting a house to someone with chickens - questions

See how educated they are about chickens. The noise of chickens is far less disturbing than adog. Mine are kept in a run with bedding and needs to bg cleaned weekly, i use some barn. Stall deoderizor in btw called PDZ it works well. Free range they can rip up the grass and ground dig and the yard could be bare. I only let mine out free if im in the yard as i have extensive gardens and its been fine. Mine are noisy for about an hour a day as they sing the egg song, other than that no one would no i have them. I do keep traps set in the fall for the attracted chipmunks ajd mice getting ready for winter, but i live by the woods and lake.
