Reoccurring paralysis

The good news is that the pullet perked up again within around 24 hours of the vitamins, so thankfully it doesn't seem to be anything infectious. Question now is why does this one seem to have an issue with its nutrients. Does the deficiency show faster because of its size or does it have some sort if metabolic issue?
I have purchased feed from the other store. They offer hi-pro brand and I'm hoping it will be better if the co-op feed was the issue.

I don’t really know the answer to that, but many times we see where one chicken in the flock may have a vitamin or mineral deficiency. It could be that they had parent stock who were deficient to start with, but I am not sure. Feeds can be different, and I am not sure how they get every bag to be perfectly mixed with the right amount of ingredients. Vitamins will leech out when they get old. So it probably wouldn’t hurt to continue her vitamins for a week or two, and then give them 2-3 days a week, and taper down slowly. Very good to hear that she has improved.
