Reorganizing my flock

Top of the evening to you all.

I have some fowl about. 2 roosters and a dozen hens, also a handfull of ducks. More on the way in that I plan to hatch eggs before summer is over.
They are doing well. One leghorn hen is a little slow but I suppose nothing is perfect.

I would like to just boost them up at mid summer. Maybe some ACV and garlic.
I have notice some blood lice but I was able to curtail that with dimethicon spray.

Oh wise chicken elders, advise me.

Well, I'm far from a chicken elder, but I'd like to think I'm not a complete fool. Maybe...

Rather than ACV and garlic, you could try offering electrolytes once a week as a supplement alongside their normal (plain) drinking water. I've heard this is great for helping them through the heat.

How are you looking to reorganize?
