Replacement EEs

We got a "pullet" that turned out to be a cockerel and the lady we got him from graciously traded us - and the chicken math got me and I brought home two.

Can anyone verify that these 10 week EEs are actually pullets? Haha

The one to the right definitely looks like a pullet. Though, as far as I know, dark wing splotches often indicate roosters, and so I think the left one might be a dude sadly...

Hate to say it, but x2 on the one on the left likely being a cockerel.

Can you get some standing pics of them from the side? and the comb?

Probably in a few days - they’re really skittish from transport and won’t hold still lol

For reference though, here’s the roo she’s replacing at about the same age (in retrospect, that should have been obvious haha). Much redder and more pronounced. She’s also much smaller than this bird was at 10W.

Like the EE cockerel you replaced (they're all very cute btw), the new bird has red on the wing bows. That is usually a sign of a male EE. The new one's comb doesn't bother me as much as the rust on the wings (tho it is noticeably larger and redder than its companion pullet).

I'd like some more knowledgeable folks to weigh in - because I had an EE I was sure was a cockerel turn out to be a pullet. @Rhodebar Lover you set me straight on mine. What do you think here?

She’s (he’s?) definitely a bit more confident than the other pullet, and more inclined to poke her head out of the little run than her companion, but I’m still stuck on the size of her compared to the cockerel I replaced. I know size is hard to gauge in a photo with no reference. The cockerel was the same size as my barred rock pullet that hatched the same weekend. These two are only 3 weeks younger, and the size difference is enormous. I’m trying to get some better photos of the new chicks, but they’re playing hard to get
