Replacement Eggwell Farms Ameraucana Eggs

Update on my hatch of 9 replacement 9 Ameraucana self blue hatching eggs.

Candles today on day 3 (not counting the first day they were put in the incubator).

Only 1 of 9 has veins thus far, but I don’t count anyone out until day 7. Air cells look like crap but expected with shipped eggs.

Will post pics next time I candle . Wish me luck - it would be sad to hatch a single chick. We shall see!

Good luck! I prefer not to hatch my own because it seems difficult, complicated, and emotionally exhausting. Kudos to you! I hope all goes well!

Thanks! I can definitely understand what you mean regarding the stress and worry. But it's really cool to watch something that was previously an innocuous breakfast item turn into a new life form
