How friendly are these cute little geckos? I was supposed to get one for my birthday a few years ago but my parents didn't think ahead and the only gecko available was an aggressive one. Edited because I asked the same question twice.

Mango, my 6 month old leo was very sweet from the start. I got Tango the other day, he is about a month old. He has never bitten me but will occasionally hiss. He will get better as I handle him more. Typically they’re chill and very sweet once they adapt.

My best friend has 3! One of them he got from a neglected home. All 3 are super friendly! I love holding them. I don't think he has ever been bite. Once they mistook his hand during feeding time, not on purpose!

Veileds, in my experience anyway, generally aren't the friendliest. That guy was a Panther.
