reputable seller of hatching eggs in southwest louisiana

I live in lake Charles Louisiana and I am at least 2 months away from eggs because of my new young flock. So I bought an incubator because I want to A) sell some chicks to help pay for the feed B)not rely on anyone else when it is time to cull the old hens with new ones. Well I guess I don't have to explain that I want to hatch some eggs now because I'm excited to try and also I need the practice. Is there anyone in my area (southwest Louisiana that sales hatching eggs) If so please reply to my post so I can make contact and purchase some hatching eggs.

Craigslist is a great place to look. If you don't mind driving check surrounding areas. Shipped eggs can have their issues. I have driven 3 hours to get eggs from good bloodlines and didn't regret it

thanks for the info I would also drive that far for good bloodline but craigslist was a bust for me lol. I checked it out and no one local I even tried Houston but I will keep looking maybe bad time of year? Im not sure but I want to get this going because I want to do it right I purchased a hovabator 1602n also the egg turner, fan, and digital thermometer and hydrometer. so I am ready for that first run lol. also not purchasing shipped eggs because of the horror stories

Ohh we love silkies I can sell her on those I will be back in Houston around the 27 th so let me know about the silkies she isn't a fan of the turkey's lol
