Rescue chicken- questions

Hey Guys! I’ve had this cute little feather leg named Prudence for about a month now. She is a rescue and is presently in quarantine. We played look don’t touch for the first time yesterday. I have questions
1. What kind of chicken is she?
2. She had fluffy loose white feathers on most of her lower body when we first got her and now they have grown in to be more normal (any idea why?)

Not sure of the breed, but I'm pretty sure "she" is a he, judging from the hackle feathers on his neck

My Brahmas all have fathers on their legs n feet like that. Other than my Silkies. So i wonder if her is a Brahma mix of some sorts

It does! I just googled it and I think you are correct. Also, it looks like a hen to me when compared to photos I just googled.
