Rescue chickens! Hens or Roos?

The human society said they were roos when i called, but looking at them they look pretty hennish to me. but im a noob so what do i know? there are four of them for rescue and their chances arent good if the info is wrong since no one can legally own them in town if they are roos. HS says they are 5 mo old.

Any info on breed/sex?

The hen in front looks like it may be a red sex link hen. Look like hens to me.

Well that's a red sex link and the male red sex links don't look like that. So it's a pullet Correct me if there not sex links?
