I’ve had this lady for 6-7 weeks... she looked like she was going to pop back then. Little did I know how much more she can grow! I can hear piglet heart beats in both horns using a stethoscope. We’ve seen and felt babies moving, especially late at night. Very excited for the pig day, already have a waiting list of interested parties. :)

Thank you. I hope to have a larger homestead someday so I can rescue more pigs. I really think pigs are pets for people with backyards and/or country life. This poor lady was left outside during winter without shelter, no clean water or decent food. She actually lost weight when I brought her home, wormed her and fed her fresh foods and Nutrena.

Poor girl, if she gets any bigger she will need stilts to walk! Deff need pics of the piglets when they arrive:)

They are here! Perfect unassisted delivery (husband found her farrowing at 4pm), 8 beautiful babies (4 boys, 4 girls). The black one looks like the male she was with when I rescued her. Omg. So cute!
