Well let us know when you find out who is laying. When my Buff females started laying they laid double yolkers quite often but after first year they went to normal.

how can you tell they are double yolkers without cracking the eggs?

All of the really big eggs my Buffs laid were double yolkers. Haven’t had a double yolk in a couple years now.
