I figured out what probably caused the bloody diarrhea, but I’m still gonna talk to this poeple you brought up

Both require medication, not just worms.

They need that vet visit, and take a fresh fecal sample with them. If you have a local humane society, maybe they can help with costs. You've made a good start with them, and good kitten food will help them, and that vet visit.
