I just rescued a precious Easter Egger. Her little face is so dirty. Anyone have any tips on how to clean the dirt off her face?

Can you get a more clear picture of her face? Does she have dark areas or spots/scabs? You can take a warm wet wash cloth to try and clean her face if it is dirt. Dark areas are sometimes rubs from metal fencing, spots can be peck marks or fowl pox, but it would be good to see a clear picture.

I just rescued her from another owner. I could tell it was not a clean place for sure.
Do you know that chicken diseases spread easily, some are deadly and most never go away?
