Rescued Broilers

One of my layers got caught by a raccoon the other day. We were feeling pretty bad about it so we decided to get three more from a friend's uncle's chicken farm. His 'farm' is behind her grandmother's house, so we went back there and took a couple, with his permission. It was sad to only save three. Today they look even better. They're walking around in the run and eating.

The chickens are up and moving around a bit today. One of them is a lot smaller than the other two and her feet are yellower. They' haven't explored their run much but they are eating things off the ground. They definitely seem weaker than my layers were when they were 5 weeks old. Do you guys think if I help them 'exercise' a bit they'll have a better chance? If so, how should I exercise them?
We had a hen with joint issues and would regularly hold her abd cuddle and stretch her legs out like physical therapy?? i don't know if itll help but its gentle
