Rescued ducks and goose

I rescued a two ducklings and a gosling and they have this and I don't know

what it is or how to treat it, they have no cuts on the roof of there mouth and they all have it, contagious and how do I help it.

They were in a small dog cage with dirty food and water and bedding, I just need to know how to treat it now that they are with me

I don’t know anything about ducks but I wonder if it’s a bacterial infection from being in an unsanitary environment
