They look great. Looks like you’ve gotten some weight on them. Good work.
A long way to go though, they're still mostly feather weight. 
I think they'll eventually eat more feed when I decrease their lettuce. They wouldn't eat anything at first but lettuce, now they're eating a little more feed and a little less lettuce.
Yes, that's what I'm thinking too. I've let the other 3 spend time overnight in the garage together with Lucy & Lydia and they did quite well....after Lydia showed them who was in charge.Hey Blessed X44 maybe Lydia just needs a good old fashioned molt, here that usually takes care of wet feather. Hopefully with good TLC and time she'll be looking as good Lucy.
I def wouldn't let them go in the river till you see improvement in Lydias feathers where water is beading and running off.

But when I release everyone except them, they look soooooo sad. 
They do have plenty of room in the garage and with a nice size water pool. How long does it take for new feathers?
And now that Miss Lydia has shown them who's boss, they tear out of there like there's a ravenous dog running after them!!! 
I think I will try putting the pool back outside so maybe they won't feel the need for going in the river. We'll see what happens. So do you think her feathers look pretty bad at this point?
