Rescued Flock with feet issues. Need some help

I I rescued a small flock of mis-treated hens. I know what to do with getting them back to normal health as far as feathers and overall health except for their feet. The first pic, is this one of those sores I have to dig out of her foot?

2nd pic- Same one missing some toe nails and to me just look not healthy. I had a flock I got before similar to this but they were much older. Do I need to vaseline these feet or do anything with them or is this just how these girls are going to be thanks toy their previous owner

I would try soaking them in some warm water with epsom salt.

Ok thanks she loves to stand in her water bowl a lot!!!! lol So I am sure she won't mind a soak

The first one looks like bumblefoot to me. I've never had it in my flock, but I've read about it a bit because mine like to jump on sharp rocks a lot
