Those "speckles" that wrap around the neck are characteristic of Delawares as can be seen in the photo of the Delaware rooster below.He can't be a Delaware he has speckles that wrap around his neck. My Delaware doesn't look like that. He is also shaped different and has shorter legs.
He's not a Columbian Wyandotte which have much heavier unbroken black bands around the neck and rose combs rather than single combs as in the picture below.Colombian Wyandotte?
