Welcome! Pekins are wonderful birds, unfortunately they are on the large size and have some common issues. They require more naicin than other duck breeds. Here is a link about naicin deficiency. This is the most important thing to worry about at their age.

So glad you saved them. I had a similar incident with a khaki campbell. She is healthy, but her size is slightly stunted from her lack of nutrition. Has not stopped her from being feisty.
