Residual mereks

Wondering if I culled a chicken that I suspect had mereks can I use the pen if moved to fresh ground and bleached beforehand? Thanks

There are many experts on here that have treated Mareks disease in their flocks that know more than I. It is impossible to sterilize a brooder for anything completely. Ammonia, bleach, and oxine are products that many recommend to clean pens. I would probably make sure all my chicks were vaccinated for Mareks--it usually only costs a dollar.
