Resp infection?

The preliminary report from the state lab is that the intestines had parasites but no resp issues.

how do i find out if i can get my birds tested for free here in Maryland? or how does one find a vet that deals with chickens??
Honestly most people just treat their chickens for worms with a good wormer such as Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer, or something similar that gets most chicken worms. If you are having a specific problem such as bleeding, diarrhea, or weight loss, then it would be worth seeking a vet for a fecal test. Usually the wormer is cheaper than a fecal test. As Casportpony says, certain worms can require that a higher does of worm be used for more than one day. The usual dose of the wormers above, is around 1/2 ml by mouth, and repeated in 10 days.
