Respiratory disease or injury? Advice needed!

Amoxicillin or clavamox probably would not treat mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) and I am not sure about coryza. The Baytril (enrofloxacin) would treat MG and probably coryza.
I was just at the feed store and purchased Terramycin 250mg tablets. I wanted to ask your thoughts on this. I haven’t opened yet so I can always return them. I’m worried about ordering online because of shipping delays and I can tell he is getting worse. What do you think and can it treat what he has?

I have terramycin 250mg tablets for cattle. Would you recommend trying this? If so, what’s your recommendation on dosing. I’m worried about ordering online because of so many shipping delays.

Can you weigh him?
I can try to catch him. He’s difficult to grab and I usually have my boyfriend do it but he’s at work. I will try. Here’s a picture for reference.

Oxytetracycline (Terramycin) dosage is 25 mg per pound daily. The tablets are 250mg each, so I would probably just give him a whole tablet daily. Will he take it in a little food, or can you mix it in a small amount of water or yogurt? If they are large tablets, you might be able to cut one in two, and give each piece orally in the back of his throat.

Thanks so much! He won’t take it in food, but I can always mix in a little water and try to syringe it. The tablets are big so I can crush it and try a few different ways. Thank you for your help I’ll try to give an update.

Roo’s eye is getting better by the day. It’s a slow process but he’s definitely not blind and I see a lot of good progress. Still don’t know if it stemmed from respiratory but I’ve still been treating in case. Pics are from two days ago.. the swelling is going down which is making his pupil able to come forward instead of being pushed in the back of his head.
