How is she doing?
Does she sound like the video below? If so, then likely it's Stridor. This is when they get a bit of food or something in the airway. They can also sound like this is they have mucous from respiratory disease. If it resolves in a few hours or overnight, likely she inhaled food or dust that irritated her.

Thank you so much for this information- this is the exact sound!!

We kept her in the house overnight and gave some oil to see if something was stuck. I did feel a lump in her upper throat but it didn’t move and I wasn’t sure if it was just part of her anatomy. She slept overnight and this morning sounded so much better- bright, eating, and back to biting us.
We put her back outside since it was a balmy 26 degrees here in Wisconsin today and tomorrow is going to be brutally cold, so wanted her to re-assimilate.
She was sneezing yesterday nothing today- crossing my fingers that something was stuck and passed in the night.
Thanks again for video- that was it exactly.

Glad to hear she's better!
I would check her crop for a few mornings before she's had anything to eat/drink, just to make sure it's emptying.
Hopefully it's a one time thing and she had some food or dust stuck in her airway.

Every chicken that I had that sounded like that has died in the next 24 hours or less
