Respiratory infection in flock, need advice

Fast forward to now & I have just 1 chicken doing the same thing. She is just sneezing constantly. No other signs, still laying fine, poops normal, acts normal, no bubbles, swelling, etc - not even any real snot or mucus. She's been consistently getting worse for over a month (sneezing more & more), I thought this was something she would carry with her now & she would have recurrences here & there but would get better on her own. She is not.

I have Tylan so it's not an issue, but I don't have a good way to treat just her. Maybe a crate inside the coop but that stinks for her for 5 days. Or I could treat all 4 of them, easiest, but a bad idea?
I'm sorry that you have one that is having trouble.
Was she originally sick with the rest of them?

Have you looked inside her beak to make sure there's no yellow/white plaques, mucous, canker, etc. Nostrils clear and not blocked?

You have Tylan soluble? You can try treating her for another 5 days to see if that helps. I would treat only her, not the rest of the flock. Caging her is one way to do that or if you have room to block off her own space inside the run so she has more room that would be good. Let her sleep with the others.
If it's Infectious Bronchitis, antibiotics will not help unless there's a secondary infection. Mycoplasma responds to antibiotics.
Most all respiratory diseases, birds can relapse or a secondary illness or infection can occur. Is she particularly stressed, is she beginning to molt or is she low in the pecking order?

Thank you for responding. Im home for the next 3 days so this is a good time to separate her. I will lock her in the coop/secure run & let the 3 others up in the big run for the next 3 days. After that I might have to leave her in the coop & the other 3 in the run. The 2nd/big run isn't secure if I'm not home. But I hadn't thought about putting her back at night - I can do all of that easy enough. Yes, I have Tylan soluble for the water.

She was sick the first time around, actually the one that went to the vet. He did a very thorough exam, spent 20 minutes with her & saw nothing but the upper respiratory infection. I see no mucus, no soress, no snot at all. She is about 10 months old or so so I don't think shes molting. It was hot here for a while, but not too bad. She is in the middle of the pecking order & my girls are very good to each other, they don't argue or pick on one another so no real stress I can see.

Curious to see if she responds to antibiotics again. Maybe it wasnt IB.

She is not happy, but shes separated out & drinking her meds. She can see & hear the others so I hope it's not too stressful for her. She sounds awful this morning so its good timing.
