Respiratory issues- not spreading

I bought 2 four month old chickens about 3 weeks ago. One of the girls was sneezing from the start. I gave it a week to see if it would go away on it's own and when it didn't, I started using Duramycin. It hasn't seemed to improve and now she's even wheezy/rattly at times, but can clear it with a sneeze or two. She otherwise acts fine-- eats, drinks, plays with the others. In these 3 weeks, it also has not spread to any of the other chickens.

Should I assume it's something environmental and let her be, or should I try a different antibiotic?

Thanks! :)

I would leave it alone and let it run it's course, or it could be dust. Since she has been with the others from day 1, it's too late to isolate anyway. I wouldn't give it yet another antibiotic but some might say Tylan 50. It's injectable but can be given orally too. There's even a version you put in feed but I wouldn't do that as you'd be medicating the whole flock; not a good idea.

Another possibility is worms. That can cause those symptoms too sometimes.

I also suspected worms, so I treated everyone with ivermectin on Saturday and I'll treat again 10 days following. Still didn't notice a difference, though.
