Respiratory testing in MA?

Does anyone know of a vet or lab in MA that would test for MG/other respiratory diseases? I’ve been trying to get this scheduled for months. The state lab is useless. It’s been such a hassle.

If you're having a bad experience with your state lab, you may consider contacting Zoologix.

They are located in CA, but they can send swabs to your house, and you can properly swab the bird's trachea and send it back to them. They have a poultry PCR panel that will test for eight common respiratory diseases like IB, MG, ILT, etc. I believe the price of a PCR is around one hundred dollars.

Have you tried contacting Tufts Veterinarian School/ Emergency Services? If you are in Northern Massachusetts you could check with the Veterinarian Hospital in Nashua.
