Respitory infection in duck.

When I get meat chickens from the local chicken house (small reject chicks), they always gurgle and sneeze. I crush and chop LOTS of garlic and put it in their water, oh, And the sav-a-chic electrolyte pack. Usually after a week of it, you won't hear nearly as much sneezing, and by the end of 2 weeks, they're as good looking as a normal bird.

Ducks are not Chickens and pass everything liquid through their nares....

I did mean to pick up some electrolytes at TSC last night but failed. She has three containers for water now all sufficient for nare cleaning. I was hoping that was the problem but it hasn't seemed to make a difference. I noticed improvement until I missed one dose of the Tylan and them it seems we took steps back. I feel her pain. I have been battling a head cold for about 2 weeks now myself. I know mine won't kill me though. I can't take any chances with her!

What Baytril do you have? Is it 100 mg/ml or 22.7 mg/ml?
100mg

I know she is sick of quarantine. I just need her to get well! I have some of this from the last time my vet diagnosed a snotty chicken for me. Would it hurt to give her a little treated water with this combined with what I am treating her with since it is an antibacterial?

You could try that, and I think you can give it with Tylan.
