Rest eggs after shipping?

I know I should rest the eggs for 12 to 24 hours after being shipped before I put them in the bator...BUT....do I need to let the rest with the big end of the egg up or does it really matter? They will be on their sides while in the incubator....any help?

big end up, pointy end down

I rested mine in a carton, big end UP with one end of the carton higher than the other end. then the other end higher and so on till setting
