Don't know how many of you are raising geese, but promised I would inquire. I was contacted in regards to purchasing my remaining geese by a woman on Craigslist. She supplies venison toa restaurant in Chicago. The man who owns the restaurant suddenly lost his supplier of geese and is desperate to fill the order for around 200 birds and asked her to look around for any. She purchased my 4 geese for him and asked if I knew of anyone else who would be willing to ship to the Chicago area (or who lives in the MidWest and could maybe deliver) He is in need of someone to fill next years order, so this could be a good opportunity for someone who is looking for a guaranteed market for their geese. If I had ROOM for 200 geese, I would be all over it!

The geese do NOT have to be organic, but do have to be free-range, no chemicals or antibiotics. If you are interested, PM me and I will give you her email address.

Boy I wish I lived closer. I have12 touloouse that I can't even give away out here. How much did they pay you for your geese? How would you ship these buggers?

The breeder I work with locally sells free range organic geese, but I don't know if he has to sell. I have two of his scovies and adore them! Here's his web site, feel free to say I referred you if he asks. http://cripplecreekfarm.weebly.com/
