Been keeping a backyard egglayer flock for about 30 yr now, in urban Honolulu, HI. Have a new batch of 15 pullets hatched 6/01/20. Heard commotion today & discovered this wounded White Rock. Separated & applied antibiotic ointment. Vet friend said to apply Blu-Kote. Will pick some up tomorrow. Should I try to put her back w/the rest after the wounds aren’t
red anymore or rehome? Haven’t
been successful w/reintroduction in the past so give them to friends who have no other chickens.
