Review my hatching plan?

Well it looks like im going to have a bad hatch :( they just keep dying and i dont know what im doing wrong! I wash my hands so good before i touch them, i cleaned the candler with rubbing alcohol, and the thermometer. The temps have been stable humidity has been right. But they just all seem to be dying. I started out with 12 fertile ones, im going to give 3 of them a couple more days, but it looks like im down to 6.
I feel like im failing these eggs. Guess ill just have to try again? :(
 
Well, I finally have 1 out of the 4 in group #1 trying to break loose out of his jailshell!
