Rhea with a broken toe

Hi,
hoping someone can help.
Some dogs from the hunt found their way onto my land and really scared my rheas, resulting in somehow one of my girls having a snapped toe! she can walk, it was bleeding but has now stopped. I have called all of the local vets and they have all just shrugged it off saying there's nothing they can do. and they don't have experience. There only solution is to put her down for me- which i'm trying to avoid if i can!
I don't want her in pain, and I'm not sure what I can do !
She is comfortable and on flat dry ground, she's calm and safe.

Any help / advice would be really helpful!

I don't have any experience with the ratite family, but maybe I can help. Can you post a picture of the foot?

I know that with poultry, you can make a splint and use medical tape or vetwrap to keep it on. After a while, you should be able to take it off and hopefully it will be healed, even if it isn't totally straight. How was bad was it bleeding, did it get cut?

Is she walking, eating and drinking? Acting normal?
