Rhode Island Red 12 weeks, pullet or roo?

So..interesting development. Big Mama, whose combs and wattle have been slower to develop, is getting green tipped feathers on her wings.Does that scream cockerel? Neither RIR has green in their tail.

Black feathers do tend to shine green, regardless of gender.

Nothing about her really screams roo to me but I could be wrong. If she is making a "bawwlk" noise id say she is just talking. I have a year and a half year old hen who talks like that and is very vocal and she has a huge comb/wattles but lays and is a hen for sure. So i would just give her more time to see for sure whether she is infact a he. This is my RIR hen just to show how big and red her comb/waddles are
